"...District Judge Frank B. Nelson ordered on Monday.
"Astonishingly, PPGI apparently considers itself and its personnel to be above the law..."

Prayers for this brave judge - he knows what is ahead of him for going against the wishes of "Planned Parenthood".
Could the tide be turning in our battle to protect the most precious and defensless of God's creations?

"Astonishingly, PPGI apparently considers itself and its personnel to be above the law and not required to respond to a valid issued and served subpoena,"

Separation of church and state. Satanic priests offering souls not yet born into sin on the abortion alters.
Obey the law? BWAahahahah. Only their Satan is king!

"Astonishingly, PPGI apparently considers itself and its personnel to be above the law and not required to respond to a valid issued and served subpoena," Nelson wrote.

Planned Parenthood will appeal the decision to the Iowa Supreme Court, said Jill June, president of the Greater Iowa chapter. June has said she's willing to go to jail to protect the records.

So not only do they make an effort to conceal the identities of victims of statutory rape and the perpetrators, but also of people who toss dead humans into dumpsters.

Oh wait, they do that every day themselves, don't they?

You can tell how a society views life by watching how they treat their dead.

Let's see. Planned Parenthood makes its money by slaughtering infants in the womb. In some states it's even legal to do so in the third trimester, and via "partial birth abortion."

Is anyone surprised that they would place a much higher priority on their "confidential records" than they would the life of a child who was murdered?

I mean, that's like asking the SS to protect the rights of a Jew who somehow survived the gas chamber.

Pro-life group Birthright has backed PP on this matter, and said they also would not hand over such records. This is a giant fishing expedition by nosy government agents. There is no indication that the mother in question ever visited PP.

This is weird. Sounds like a major fishing expedition. I wonder what makes the government think that the mom has a pregnancy test on record, particularly at Planned Parenthood.

Investigators say the records would help them find the mother of a baby...

How exactly are these records going to help? Are they going to do DNA samples on everyone, or what? Maybe they already have a suspect in mind.
