The NIPC wishes to advise recipients that the FBI is seeking the following individuals who may have information related to the ongoing investigation of the 11 September 2001 terrorist attacks against the World Trade Center and Pentagon complex.

Is there a new list? Are all names on the list?
Cold Trail OCTOBER 19 - 25, 2001
In this age of no information, I got a break. Last week, someone emailed me the FBI’s “watchlist” of 366 suspected terrorists and 14 organizations thought to be sympathetic to terrorism. The 22-page document, sent to financial regulators around the world, was posted by mistake on the Internet by Finland’s Financial Supervison Authority. The Web page was shut down several hours later. The FBI was not happy with what it called a security breach, but as one agent said, with resignation, “Stuff happens.”
Oh my...another "unnamed agent". I guess stuff really does happen.
How is a Citizen to know whether or not someone is on the list? We'll just have to "take someone's word on it", won't we.

And yesterday FBI agent Garcia was "qouted" saying Hedeyet was not on any FBI watch list. So who's to know. I doubt it would be wise for the FBI to publish their list. Like I said earlier, it's a case of symantics what we label the Islamic dead man Hedeyet now, or what we label his criminal act. It doesn't change the facts that he went to LAX and shot and killed 2 people before security killed him.
