I don't think so. As I recall it was 4-2, with the 2 dissenting being the ones that will be on the ballot this time. CYA time for them. I went ballistic at the 6-0 vote, but the 6-2 vote was just as bad. They all need to go. And Iwill do my personal best to see they do!

On the December 8 ruling (which was subsequently stayed, then reversed by the SCOTUS), ANSTEAD, PARIENTE, LEWIS and QUINCE, JJ., concurred (they voted to overturn Sauls and start the uncontstitutional re-re-recount).

Dissenting (agreeing with Sauls) were WELLS, C.J.,HARDING, J. and SHAW, J.

I still have the ruling on my hard drive...when I disgusted with the Republicans, it's a good reminder that it could be worse...
