Could it possible be due to the fact that some screeners are to INCOMPETENT to learn HOW to use them?

Or, luggage from passengers on another airline could be brought over to the machine to be screened, Magaw said.

Now you'll have to worry about airlines other than the one you're on losing your bags!!
