I currently work for a TYCO company, ADT. It's a shame a solid company like ADT has to be dragged down into the mud because of management.

The company I worked for was a reputable engineering firm in western Canada. It's not such a shame that they are now falling apart, though -- the partners should have thought of that before they sold the damned company to an American corporate conglomerate like that.
