That's why one only needs 25% to pass that new Florida history exam--otherwise, some of those students might read the Constitution. Think of the anarchy if they did, if they knew what it said. Oh the horrors! People might actually take charge of the government again. Oh the horrors! Imagine -- all those ex congressmen and congresswomen standing in the unemployment lines. Tragedy of tragedies! (end sarcasm)
