Bush didn't satisfy the U.N. or American tax payers. The U.N. desperately wants the ability to tax the Earth's entire population. Thankfully Bush side stepped that issue, but still came away with dog pooh on his shoes, by promising ten more million down a rat hole.

It's even worse than that...10 BILLION down the rat hole. Mr. Bush seems to tread lightly when it comes to causes dear to the one-world crowd. He makes moves to pacify both sides which ultimately helps the one-worlders more.
