Where did you read that the head RINO put the millionaire tax back on the table? Did he actually veto the budget (I won't read any papers but the Waterbury Republican, and I haven't had a chance to take a look)?
He did veto the budget, but either Wed. or Thurs. I heard a snippet on 1080 with him saying he was willing to work with everything back on the table. He wouldn't dismiss anything before negotiations with the RATs began.
