Wisconsin offers eagles in the summertime!

Bump for Wisconsin, and what is probably a very cool digital cable channel if you're carrier has it.

We may have high taxes in Wisconsin, but we have eagles too! Check this out.

Check this out. (Daytime only)

This won't help you decide where to live, but it is a wonderful site for daytime viewing. It might provide a smile during your troubles.

Thanks!

We need to put this eagle (and site) on official Freeper Watch....and give it some neato-cool Freepereagle nickname.

If you want to get familiar, leave some panfish on the surface behind your craft everytime you fish. You won't believe the speed they manage when they grab the dead fish off the surface ... especially if human beings are close. Unbelievable flying prowess for that big of a bird.

Thanks for posting this. I have a feeling I'm going to be spending alot of time checking in on them. (-:

Thank you so much. About a year ago I got an Eagle nest site from Free Republic. I watched it until the eaglets got big enough to fly away. The site ended when one of the eagles found the camera and knocked it out of the tree.

Not to brag, but we live in the country near a river and have eagles fly over our house all the time. We're surrounded by open farmland and frequently we see eagles soaring over the fields in their "brunch" mode.
They are a magnificent animal.

Education alert:
Bald used to mean "white haired or white headed", not the absence of hair. Thus the American white headed eagle.

Bump for the eagles. (I was out in my yard last night throwing pine cones up into the trees at all the owls that had congregated there, noisy bunch. One sits up there and taunts my dogs almost every day.)

I also enjoy www.juneauphotos.com One person runs it, do a search of "eagles".

Wow this is great. Isn't it the male that sits on the egg? Look how he/she keeps a constant 360 degree watch on her/his baby. There is a lesson with our beloved EAGLE.
