The French were willing accomplices in the mass-murder of Jews by the National Socialists in World War II, so none of this should come as any great suprise.

Montpellier is, of course, in France. To be precise, it's the Capital of Languedoc-Roussillon, in Southern France (so there are lots of Arabs there). In fact, it has been at the crossroads of various Mediterranean cultures since its foundation (which I think is code words for "lots of Arabs there"). Here's some
info.

Across the sea from Algeria, Morrocco&TunsiaAlgeria was the last to gain independence. It had the largest population of Frenchmen, and was considered legally to be as much a part of France as Burgundy is. These 3 former colonies all were French speaking, and with their proximity and legal and linguistic advantages, many of them were able to flee their impoverished tyrannies and enter France proper, where they have formed an underclass in the south for a generation and more.

Fresh attacks on French Jews (BBC News)
Fresh attacks on French Jews
Molotov cocktails have been thrown into a building which houses a synagogue in the French city of Montpellier, just hours after a Jewish school's bus was burnt out in a Paris suburb.
Firebombs were thrown in through a window of the Montpellier building, starting a brief blaze in local government offices beside the synagogue. No-one was injured.
In Aubervilles, a northern Paris suburb, a bus belonging to a Jewish school was found burnt out in a car park overnight.
The incidents appear to be the latest in a string of attacks against the country's Jewish community, which officials believe is linked to the escalating violence in the Middle East.

Wow. I used to live in Montpellier. The Place de la Comdedie is quite lively in the summer. They've got really nice ancient streets (the Rue Bras de Fer for example). While I was there they were excavating an ancient Roman street that was right in the center of town and they were building a new mass transit line into the city. The old city is set up to be mostly pedestrian and I have to say I enjoyed living there even if parking spaces were hard to come by and they had a lot of dog poop on the streets.

Poland, Russia, Hugrary, Holland, France, Belgium, Austria, etc. etc.
Any place the Germans occupied.
In the morning a good German got up, kissed his wife and kids, put on his uniform, grabbed his rifle and went out and shot Jews.
Other Germans organized whole bureaucracies dedicated to humiliating and killing Jews.
Getting senile, eh?
