John Gibson read an interesting email at the end of his show. From a woman who is 61, blonde hair, blue eyes. Said she has been searched on 14 of the 16 flights she has taken recently. Her husband, who is 100% Arab has never been searched nor have her two sons that are Arab looking. Even she said it was people that look like her husband and sons are the types airport screeners should be looking at but they're being too PC to do it.

Why wasn't the younger brother, Abdalmuhssin El-Yacoubi, arrested for misprison of a felony, at the minimum?

You could argue both ways, as to how much obligation you have to prevent a murder you know your brother is planning to commit. I just talked this over with my wife, and we both feel that the obligation to turn over your brother to the FBI is, if you know he plans murder, extremely high.

I could almost understand it if the FBI is not arresting the younger brother because the plan was for the murder to be committed abroad. But I don't think that's it. I'm afraid that the FBI generally does not enforce laws concerning misprison of a felony. This is wrong.

Hmm, Palestians wanting to fly to Jerusalem for a three week visit with no luggage or known relatives. Nah, nothing suspecious about that.

I'm thoroughly disgusted with our immigration officials and our government's inability to protect us. A 10 year old child, given information on what to look for, would have nailed these two guys in a New York minute. The Israeli immigration officials should be fuming over our ineptness allowing suspicious individuals to fly into their country.

I've heard the same thing from Arab (or Arab-looking) men. When does it come to the point when we have to stop thinking this "hands off" policy is not just idiotic individuals being PC? Muslims who are obviously terrorists are released on bond; most are not prosecuted, but "handed over to the INS for deportation" (and most probably never deported). I'm not accusing the government of encouraging or cooperating with terrorists, but I am seriously beginning to wonder if the American Muslim groups are pulling the "anti-discrimination" strings in the White House, and therefore in the FBI, CIA, INS and a whole slew of agencies who appear to be doing nothing serious about the enemy within.
