A Point Breeze woman who sent a fake anthrax letter to her husband's office as a Halloween joke last year was sentenced in federal court Thursday to one day in jail and fined $5,000.
U.S. District Judge Gary L. Lancaster admonished Jaime Lynn Reaser, 32, before handing down the sentence, which also included 100 hours of community service and three years probation.

who went back to his former place of employment and whacked 7 of his old co-workers.
5 months in the slammer would bring her around!

Side-effects of medication can affect emotional balance.
However, I agree that the sentence is too lenient.
I'd prefer to see a judgement that at least ordered a re-evaluation of her professional competency while she continued medical treatment.
