Charles Wells wrote the stinging dissent that was used by Scalia as a basis for the majority decision. He correctly predicted that the decision would be overturned at the Federal level, and he was right. I will vote to retain Wells, who understood the Constitutional stake in that fight.
Anstead, on the other hand, deserves the back of the hand of the voters of Florida. We should make sure that Anstead gets dumped.
