Bosnia Orders Terror Suspects Freed

SARAJEVO, Bosnia-Herzegovina (AP) - Bosnia's highest court ordered the release Thursday of six Algerians suspected of having terrorist links. U.S. officials were expected to take them into custody.
The suspects will be delivered to U.S. custody one by one, said a U.S. defense official in Washington, speaking on the condition of anonymity. The official added that the precise timing of the handovers hasn't been determined.
The Supreme Court of the Muslim-Croat Bosnian federation ruled that there was not enough evidence to detain the men, who were rounded up after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on the United States.
Hours after the court's late night order, crowds formed outside the holding facility in Sarajevo, with 300 family members, friends and other supporters of the six expressing concern over rumors the men were going to be extradited.
Police attempted to move the men from the facility, but were turned back by the crowd.
The men were suspected of involvement either with the Armed Islamic Group, an Algerian terrorist organization, or with the Egyptian terrorist organization al-Gamaa al-Islamiya. One of the men had a relative working in the U.S. Embassy in Sarajevo, the Bosnian capital.
One of the men, Bensayah Belkacem, was arrested on the basis of foreign intelligence reports that he allegedly made telephone calls to an aide of Osama bin Laden, held responsible by Washington for the suicide attacks on the United States.
The others were arrested after British and U.S. officials in Bosnia briefly closed their embassies here, citing credible security threats.
Most of the men worked for various Islamic humanitarian agencies in Bosnia.
More than 1 million Muslims live in Bosnia, but most are secular or religious moderates.
Is there such a thing?????
Are these the same organizations that the "human rightsers" in the US who always kiss up to the "multicultural, moderate" "Bosnian" muslims and attack the "evil, war-criminal" Serbs work with?
The muslim entity in Bosnia was founded by Izetbegovic and his crew to be a muslim supremacist state with no room for Christians--a "European Pakistan". Its harboring and funding of islamic terrorists and funneling into Western Europe of hordes of illegal muslim "immigrants" is TOTALLY IN ACCORD with the purpose for which this muslim mini-state was founded!!!

The Sarajevo government has done everything we've asked of them in this matter - strangely, it shares some commonalities with the eventual arrest and extradition of Slobodan Milosevic which I find somewhat humorous in a whimsical kind of way.
You think the USA will care what the Bosnian Muslims say? They are being taken out of Bosnia and to hell with Bosnia's Islamic court.
Read again The court said in the ruling, made available to Reuters, that there was no justification for prolonging their detention. The US is ignoring them and now Muslims are trying to gather and prevent their deportation.
The allies and supporters of Islamic Bosnia the liberal-neo-con press may try and spin it all you want but here it is. The Muslim Bosnians let them go, they let a lot go In the weeks that followed the September attacks on the United States, Bosnian police and NATO-led peacekeepers arrested more than 20 people, mostly of Arab origin, on suspicion they were involved in or supported terrorism. Most have either been released or deported as Bosnian authorities said none had links with al Qaeda.. Since when did we accept intelligence from Bosnian authorities?
Milosevic was taken to the ICTY a kangaroo court. Are you comparing the judicial system of the USA to the fake war crimes court?

If the Bosnians were simply handing the prisoners over to the US the men in question would not be afraid they would be taken from Bosnia by force.
Your attempt to make it sound as if the Bosnian Muslim court and govt. agreed to hand those wanted men over to the USA when they have not is pathetic.
The only thing blowing is your slipping support for Islamic Bosnia.
That would be really stupid. After Turkey the Muslims in Bosnia and Croatia are among the world's more secular and moderate in indigenous Islamic communities. Most of them hate, resent and mistrust the Arab Wahhabists. We need to be using them (and probably are) as a source of intelligence and spies.
I'm not happy with the precident either, but at least we are well rid of the evil, power mad commie who tore apart Yugoslavia. One only wonders why the Serbs didn't lynch this pathetic loser before the internationalists could nab him. What the hell was wrong with these people? I can't imagine any other country on the face of the earth that would tolerate a "leader" who lost three or four wars in rapid succession, and looted the people's wealth in the mean time.
