They banned handguns in Australia, and only 35% were turned in by the citizens. They can't arrest everyone.

The future has arrived in Illinois. Our enlightened politicians made a felon of any citizen who carries concealed. But, that's not a problem here. Their brilliant laws have eradicated all crime in the state. Illinois; a regular utopia!
