The government now is only targeting arabic males. Our government is targeting only arabic males, but how do they know how many are sneaking across the border? They don't. Until they seal the borders and allow only legal entry they can't possibly know who is here and who isn't. All of their retoric doesn't mean a thing until they get serious about our borders.
We cannot win a war on terrorism as long as we allow them access to this country. It is as simple as that. You can bomb all the country's you like and still have terroist attacks here. Security starts here.

The two party bird of prey have created a near monopoly on the election process. Of course you are right. In the last election I considered voting third party but since the election between Bush and Gore was so tight, I figured that if I voted for anyone other than Bush, that would have translated into a vote for Gore. I couldn't take that chance.
However, come 2004, all bets are off - especially if Bush does his amnesty number. I will vote for Mr. Magoo before I will vote for Bush again.

Maybe that's how you do it in Florida....but in Kentucky juries can recommend by virtue of the sentencing phase in a criminal trial and they award punitive damages in civil trials. Your statement is technically correct, and I yield to your experience in Florida. However, I have seen judges enhance the sentence, because they had information the jury didn't have, but I have never seen them lower the sentence.

He won't get even anywhere near 35 years. His lawyer cut a deal with the prosecuter for his guilty plea to avoid a trial. That's how the majority of criminal cases are handled. If they weren't you'd have a backlog of decades to bring a case to trial.

So when are they going to look for the other 20 illegals and deport them???

I couldn't take that chance.I see my vote as a vote for the person of my choice. It can't be translated into anything else. I refuse to vote for anyone I don't support. That is selling out my beliefs and I won't do that any longer.

Something like 60% of our prison populations are Mexicans. The Border Patrol catches people three times before they charge them with a crime.

What would give you the idea that I like our airport security? First, the soldiers need to be all wearing EXPERT RIFLEMAN badges before I want any of them to sholder a weapon. Remember there is civilians there too! Most of them are American civilians. With the amount of travel my wife has to do, I don't want rookies doing any shooting.

Joe I live in Pensacola Florida. Some of the terrorists were trained right here at the Naval Air Station in Pensacola. It is pure insanity on our part to allow aid this to happen. Agree. And our entire immigration, both legal and illegal is completely out of control. Has been for many years.
Its all be brought to us by the same folks that want to totally destroy this great nation and put it on the same level as some third world nation. This is a fact, not even debatable. There are many in this world that completely hate us and everything American and their main goal is to put our standard of living at the same level as the rest of the third world.
Its time to end the immigration "free for all".

I'll bet he hurried his plea because he didn't want to go through a military tribunal

Our government can't even begin to be serious about the "war on terrorism" until they close our borders. That should have been the first order of business, the closing of our borders. The big show in Afghanistan won't mean much as long as we allow anyone and everyone to enter this country as they please.Agreed. In their theoreritcal world of peace and love, the ACLU and the Libs foster the destruction of the United States. Their upside-down thought process will cause this country to be as morally barren as their friends in Afghanistan.
