My grandfather lived to 94 and ate stuff that would scare me!...and I live on a high chol diet...My Mom died yesterday at age 83 and ate anything she wanted to.
My point...EAT!...What???...you want to live forever??...Who in their right mind would want that?

My mother celebrated her 90th. birthday last week. She is a wonderful southern cook with lots of butter, cream etc. She eats bacon 3 or 4 times a week. She's in 3 card clubs and is an artist. She will be happy to hear this report.
