What a contrast between Cal and X-42. Cal is the kind of man you hope your child will grow up to be and Clinto is the kind of "man" that no parent would want their child to grow up to be. What a disgusting display by X-42 and the Orioles but what can you expect from Angelos.
If the son knew just who his father was.
The arrogance of this bastard knows no bounds. Where in the hell does he get off moralizing? Trailer park trash.
I've seen every Hall of Famer's career come and go since Willie Mays.
Cal Ripken and The Streak had a very negative impact on the Orioles throughout the years. Nobody can tell me he was in the lineup everyday at 100%. They went through something like 30 different 3rd baseman during his tenure. All in the quest to have a shortstop that could wield a bat.
Don't get me wrong. I liked Cal Ripken. But he was NOT a team player. He stayed at a different hotel on the road, and traveled in limosines.
How many World Series or Postseason Series did the Orioles play in since 1982?
Cal Ripken is a HOF'er with The Streak, but he's waaaaaaay overrated, IMO.
Make that "...without The Streak...".
