Invoking Belgium's far-reaching war crimes law, Cuban exiles filed a lawsuit against President Fidel Castro for crimes against humanity.
The complaint, which covers alleged false imprisonment, murder and torture, was handed to an investigating judge at the Brussels criminal court. The judge will decide whether the case against the 75-year-old leader is admissible.
"No one is above the law, and that applies in particular to Castro, because for more than 40 years he has tortured 100,000 of his countrymen," said Larry Klayman, a US lawyer representing 10 plaintiffs.

"I thought he was still counting ballots in Florida, suing Bush and Cheney, Gray Davis and Rex the Wonder Horse."
Are you saying that you think that this will be a Belgian waffle for Klayman?
I think that Klayman and his band of warriors should invade Cuba, kidnap Castro, and bring him to justice before the Belgian court. Sort of like what happened to Noriega.
Or did Klayman think that Castro would just read in the newspapers that this was going on and hotfoot it over to Belgium so that the proceedings could commence?

Victoria, the use of Larry's likeness without his permission is actionable and could subject you to liability should Larry chose to sue you (i.e., run out of other people to sue).

Just to fill in this a little more here's a couple of paragraphs from the Washington Post regarding ol' larr's flight to Brussels......
Bomb Scare on United Flight 950By Lloyd Grove

Bomb Scare on United Flight 950
As if United Airlines didn't have enough problems after Islamic terrorists crashed two of its planes Sept. 11, passenger Larry Klayman yesterday threatened to sue the airline for "reckless endangerment, pain and suffering, and gross if not criminal negligence" after a bomb scare on Tuesday's Dulles-to-Brussels Flight 950.
Klayman, the litigious president of the conservative group Judicial Watch, gave us a harrowing account of the incident from Belgium -- where he arrived yesterday morning, three hours behind schedule, to file a petition against Fidel Castro for "crimes against humanity."

I read that article. EVERYONE needs to read it.
Klayman refuses to do what the flight attendants ask during a potential emergency and then threatens to sue for reckless endangerment, etc. What an arrogant @$$ho!e.

When Larry was asked your question he stated that he couldn't answer right now, he was busy waiting for Hillary to turn herself in to Judge Lamberth. He'll get back to you.
