BELLE GLADE -- The FBI has asked a Homestead bank whether suspected terrorist Mohamed Atta ever inquired about a loan, a bank official said Monday.
FBI agents asked a bank security official last week whether Atta had accounts or tried to get loans, said Robert Epling, president of Community Bank of Florida.
