Who would have ever thought so much hot air could be expnded to useless effect arguing over what to name a war?

I think it's silly too, I'm not the one who's offended by the names. But if we want an international coalition, we have to be sensitive to international concerns.

If an international coalition is so fragile that it can be prevented or destroyed by a silly squabble over two words, it has no hope of surviving a genuine substantive disagreement. Why bother? If we try to fight a war that offends no one, we have already admitted defeat.

Read my reply 20 -- this name had not been approved and was on a list of names -- there a quite a few names BTW. Someone leaked to the press -- want to take any bets that this name was leaked by someone not exactly friendly to this Administration!

Perhaps they need to 'discuss' a different name in front of each suspected mole and find out which one leaks to the press?

Too bad a better name was not considered before the Infinite Justice name was released. Whatever name they come up with I hope the word Justice in included.

As an oh by the way, all military exercises have names given them...senarios change but often names remain the same except in a real world event such as this which is not an exercise.
