SPECIAL EDITION:
Today is undoubtedly the most difficult and emotional day that President Bush has faced so far in his Presidency. No one will ever forget this day, as it will leave a permanent scar on our hearts and in our minds. Yet, President Bush spoke eloquently this evening about the steely resolve of the people of the United States and how the terrorists severely under estimated how our country would react. Nothing unites a country like a common enemy. And politics aside, all Americans are surely united in their resolve to find justice for these attacks.
God bless President Bush, and God bless the United States.

For those who haven't heard, NYC GOP Chick is physically okay, but she was four blocks away and saw it all.

My daughter lives in NYC, and it took her almost five hours to get a line to tell me she's okay. She works for a company whose headquarters is at Number One WTC. Thankfully, she was at another location. She knows several people tonight who didn't make it. I will be eternally grateful that she is alive and well.

What a difficult row to hoe! I said before that I didn't want the President's job; now I REALLY MEAN IT!
May George W. Bush have the strength, determination, and leadership to guide our nation through this awful time.
For what it's worth, when I first heard of the evil, cowardly terrorist attacks, I pounded my fists on a table so hard I now have bruises. I wonder what mental agonies the President has been going through. He's aged 10 years today for sure.
P.S. Let's hope we find, and BURN, the rotten fiends that attacked US!
