Adding to your list, McCain Mall at North Little Rock and other major malls are closed. I think the talking points are "out of respect for NYC"...but heard from my friend in Orlando, and she said their Mall is closed using the same lingo.

Little Rock Air Force Base and they have M113s and HUMMVEES armed with Mk19s and .50 cal.s behind the main gate with battle dressed SP's at the gate.
