We spent nearly 10 times that amount in Afghanistan.
And the don’t count NATO as foreign aid. It’s just money we spend doing the defense of other countries. And that would utterly dwarf Israel.
I’m not for very much of it for anyone. But CFR is pretending it’s a mostly Israeli thing.

Ukraine will soon eclipse the $323 billion sent to Israel. IIRC, they’re halfway there after just a few years.
