Years back BLM 'protest' in Florida were covered by our local cable channel - and it seems the police were giving the protested 8 minutes to disperse. Then they would arrest them. And a new group would step forward and the police would give them 8 minutes to move on or they'd be arrested and they'd arrest the new group... I watched for about 45 minutes. Then it got so boring it was like watching paint dry. DeSantis knows how to take the drama out of these events.
We don't put up with squatters in Florida either. If there's a squatter in your home you call the police who remove them within minutes. No lawyers, no charge , no court hearings. Just call the cops and it's over.
