The administration is so dense they don’t realize this is prohibited by law.
A group of Muslims can go rent a house near campus if they want.
But the university can’t have “separate but equal” housing if they receive Federal funding.
Anyone with common sense knows that, but then again we’re talking about university administrators.
I don't need to remind you that we are in a post-law world now. I'm not saying you are free to do what thou wilt. I'm saying that we are all Jews now as far as they are concerned.
