Your average guy would say he has no credibility in the first place. But then the jurors are not exactly average, any more than the prosecutors or judge is average.
It’s clearly a kangaroo court.
I’d say he’s in better shape than most juror wise. He’s got 5ish professionals including 2 attorneys who should be able to discern good evidence vs poor. I’ve always been told if you’re innocent you want professionals on your jury. If you’re guilty you want jurors who can be manipulated and impressed by your attorney with song, dance and razzle dazzle.
Remember, all you need is one juror.
