For most Dutch, English is the second language. And most of them speak German and French too.
In my experience, the Dutch are the best non-native English speakers in Europe. Their language is structurally very similar to the low-German base on which old English was built, so English seems to be a bit easier for them than other Euros.
And btw, if there’s a “hotter babe of conservatism” than Eva Vlaard, I can’t imagine who it might be. She’s got it going on in a huge way.
