The Ukrainian army has come under rare criticism from military analysts for allegedly bungling up a troops rotation that allowed Russia to capture 5km of land, highlighting the strains Kyiv’s forces are under as they await the arrival of fresh US aid.
Deep State, a Ukrainian analytical group with ties to the defence ministry, on Wednesday said the Russian advance late last week in the southern part of the village of Ocheretyne had been caused by a rotation that left the area unprotected.
The criticism comes a day after the US Senate approved a $61bn aid package for Kyiv which was delayed for months, forcing Ukrainian troops to ration their ammunition on the battlefield. The first arms shipments are expected in the coming weeks, with Russia vowing to intensify its attacks in the meantime and the Ukrainian leadership also acknowledging the difficult days ahead.
“The leadership of the 115th Mechanized Brigade is responsible for the collapse of the defence in the entire area, which led to significant casualties,” Deep State wrote in a report. That brigade was supposed to move in and relieve the more experienced 47th Brigade, but it failed to move in time, leaving the area unprotected.
A spokesperson for the 115th Brigade denied the allegations. “All I can say is that it’s not true, the unit did not abandon its position,” Vadym Chornyy said.

They are only criticizing the UA in this case because the troops willingly abandoned their posts and analysts want to cover up that fact.
Troop rotations become a bit complicated when 3000 POUND Glide Bombs are falling nearby. But then ‘they’re just Ukrainians’. Right Zeepers?
How many more such “rotation blunders” have to happen before they call it what it is.

Long term, even our 61 billion won’t change the outcome SINCE it’s not money that is the real issue. It’s personnel shortages for Ukraine.
Ukraine will simply lose more land, have more dead, more debt (which they will never pay back of course), more destruction to their economy and infrastructure as this war rages on, ***with no prospect for them, of any sort of benefit, by this wars continuation.***
This war was caused by the West (NATO expansion) and it is perpetuated by the West. Mr Z is the only real puppet, if we want to use that term as some here did early on describing anyone that tried to explain what will happen. For us, ending this war now, is bad timing (US elections). National politics drive foreign affairs and security policy.
This war has destroyed Ukraine. Forget what you read about regards Ukraine losing more ground and suffering more dead (even though we try not to focus on that). Forget about the economic destruction of Ukraine, their currecny has become worthless, their GDP imploded by more than 37%, and national debt has skyrocketed.

The death for this nation is demographic: a mass exedus of people where Ukraine is left with 1/3 of its population displaced and most never to return. A birth rate so abysmally low that it is breaking records (somewhere around 1.44) and is unsustainable even for one generation (35 years). Dead and crippled (~ 455,000) + 1/3 the population fleeing + a birth rate implosion = demographic disaster. This country is cooked. Not just militarily and economically, but as a society, a culture.

One only has to look at our corrupt “ leadership” and the inept, vegetable head EU leaders to see how this war ends. From our woke, trans Pentagon to the severely unmanned “ army “ of England, France and Germany…..a huge Joke.
Senior retired U.S. military officers I talked to yesterday at Ft Moore’s live fire event really opened my eyes….Germany’s usable tank force is numbered in the tens and twenties, Englands “ army “ is lucky to be able to deploy 6,000 front line ( combat arms, at best,) France’s condition was met by laughter…..surprisingly enough, they all mentioned Polands Army is the ONLY combat ready force available, unfortunately, it was mentioned MAYBE a dozen frontline combat arms brigades, maybe.
The joke is on the US taxpayers, if they knew the condition of the EU NATO member’s “ army”, they would be utterly shocked……fact is Vlad holds all the cards….and everyone in NATO knows this.
But... but... but... the EU keeps releasing press statements on their future mighty re-armament. /s
