I guess he figured he had one chance to save America, and used the opportunity to cash in/sell out while the getting was good.

Trump may need to be able to work and deal with Johnson when he's president. Trump may need Johnson to be on board not to impeach him.
My points?
Trump can't do everything. We need other politicians to hold Johnson's cowardly feet to the fire. Rand Paul is right on target to say what he said. And Trump's support for Johnson IMO, is not clearly "signaled" as you think.
What can we do to get this man elected president in ‘28? Did you see his Napolitano interview yesterday. Must see TV.

Paul is absolutely right. Johnson is owned by the rats. Trump voiced his support before Johnson’s betrayal manifested. Let’s see what Trump says now that Johnson put his name on Biden’s bill and rammed through with rat votes.

We need a new party. Hoping that RINOs finally see the error of their ways has not been a successful approach. The RINOs control the GOP and aren't going to let go of that control, and they seem all too happy to help the Democrats pass their anti-American agenda. The GOP is a pathetic joke of a party now, and this is just the latest of numerous examples of their uselessness.
