I don’t think its funny, really. He is just a useless AG, who lies so much he can’t get the story straight.
If he publicly states that Joe Biden is competent, then he should immediately recommend that he be brought to trial for violation of the espionage act. He is absolutely, unequivocally, guilty of espionage according to the ‘special council’ that investigated him. Nobody, and I mean nobody who is competent and non-partisan, would argue that he didn’t violate the espionage act and that he didn’t profit from it. The reason he wasn’t prosecuted is because he is old and confused. AG of the US says he is not, then he needs to be prosecuted.
