BUT, not surprising at all.
Trump won’t be getting an acquittal that’s for sure the best thing he can hope for is a hung jury otherwise it you hear they have reached a verdict it will either be guilty on all counts or guilty on some counts
A hung jury mistrial is possible, but when they take the first vote, if there is only one not-guilty, the others will try to intimidate the dissenter. In leftist cities the commies tend to think anybody who doesn’t believe TDS hoaxes is crazy.
Jesse might have triggered a mis-trial and dismissal of the jurors. Too much detail. Next he’ll be charged with jury tampering. Wouldn’t put it past this “judge”.
Seems to me Watters is not supposed to know this much. I have been to NYC only once in my life. The Hudson River was frozen when I went to Poughkeepsie.

Because jurors are under oath to “render a true verdict according to the evidence.” This requirement excludes lawyers from consideration. :)
Being under oath to tell the truth creates a hostile environment for them.

He doubtless has a legal department, and cleared it with them. But this is a kangaroo judge, and is likely to do everything he can to keep Trump tied up in knots. He used to belong to the law firm of Arbitrary, Capricious and Biased.
