US Supreme Court Rules Idaho Can Enforce Ban on Sex Changes for Children – Healthcare Professionals Can Face Up to 10 Years in Prison For Mutilating Kids

The US Supreme Court on Monday ruled that Idaho can enforce its ban on sex changes for children. Healthcare professionals can face up to 10 years in prison for mutilating children or providing puberty blockers to them.

In December Judge Lynn Winmill, a Clinton appointee, ruled that Idaho could not enforce the transgender ban while the lawsuit by two plaintiffs made its way through the courts.

The US Supreme Court 6-3 granted an emergency request filed by Idaho’s Attorney General.

Idaho previously enacted the Vulnerable Child Protection Act which protected children from dangerous puberty blockers and procedures that remove body parts.

Far-left activists sued to stop Idaho from protecting children so Idaho’s Attorney General quickly acted and appealed to the 9th Circuit. After the 9th Circuit denied its request, the Attorney General’s office appealed to the US Supreme Court to allow the law to take effect while the case makes its way through the courts.

Idaho’s Attorney General Raul Labrador celebrated the win.

BREAKING: The US Supreme Court just ruled to allow Idaho to enforce the Vulnerable Child Protection Act, a law that protects children from harmful and experimental drugs and procedure, while the case proceeds at the Ninth Circuit.

This is a BIG win to protect vulnerable kids!

Because he isn’t one.

He votes with them too often to be sure of that, especially when his is the decisive vote.

Terrible idea. We’ve arguing for years that unless there’s some sort of state corruption that necessitates it or an overwhelming national interest or a Constititutional provision that mandates it, it’s best to keep the federal government out of it. Laws like these should be decided state by state. Obviously the entire practice of legalized insanity, normalizing mental illness & the abusive mitilation of minors is repulsive & should never be allowed. But the Constitutionall correct place to pass those sorts of laws is on a state level by each of the 50 legislatures. That means that California, New York & Massachusetts will probably keep it legal- that’s their right. However, it also protects the principle that they don’t have the right to come in to Texas, Tennessee & Florida & tell us what to do! 😉

Maybe, maybe not....all the states have murder statutes so the Feds should not have theirs? A state should have the right to declare murder legal? Not that “cut & dried”.

[A rare bit of sanity from SCOTUS. Surprisingly, Roberts didn’t vote with the libtards.]

Yes. Both of those things are shocking.

Excellent. Every red state needs to ban such medical malpractice, ban the teaching of this pernicious ideology in state schools and harshly punish anyone who mutilates a child.

Pretty crazy that a few years ago this would have been a nail biter.

Thank you President Trump.

“I agree, it should have been 9-0.”

Concur, but I will take 6-3 every day of the week.

3 should be impeached.

There should be a federal law protecting children from killing and mutilation - all children.

CNBC pukes up dishonest propaganda:

A divided Supreme Court on Monday allowed Idaho to mostly enforce a law that bans gender-affirming health care for transgender teens.

In any sane world the Courts would have laughed and said "please! You can't mutilate or chemically castrate children, or adults for that matter. Case closed."

I really LIKE the idea of States Rights. (It’s NOT a new concept, People!)

Let each State make the decision on any and ALL of these morally bankrupt, contrived issues by Socialist Democrats.

Let’s separate the sheep from the goats and let everyone show their True Colors.
