In 1953, we restored their constitutional monarchy

Nonsense. In 1953 we instigated a coup against their democratically elected leader and put our man back into power.

You are a little confused. Shah Reza Shah Pahlavi was overthrown in 1941, when the British and Soviet invaded Iran and forced him to resign in favor of his son Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. That was a coup.
Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh tried to usurp power from the shah by naming the Minister of War and the Chief of Staff. He was forced to step down and then used protests as an excuse to regain power and declare a state of emergency during which, he arrested members of the Shahs family and trying to illegally isolate teh shah from speaking with foreign leaders. Mossedegh then tried to extend the state of emergency from 6 to 12 months. The British and CIA then stepped in to end his dictatorship
