I remember the General Election total from 2020 was pretty close to the hand recount, which was close to the second machine recount. Not sure you’ll ever get the exact same count out of 5 million votes over three separate counts.
Again though, another HUGE report without any specifics.

By Ratburger's "official" election numbers, Biden "won" by 11,779 votes. If the discrepancy between the machine vote total and the hand count totals exceeded that, then the election should not have been certified, but it was. They are hiding what happened there for good reason.

I think the totals from the initial count, the hand recount and then the second machine count were all within a thousand or so. The diff wasn’t anything near the 11,000 vote difference.

Dems cheated in 2020 in GA, drop box stuffing, ballot harvesting etc. However, Dems got the ballots into the system before the election. No amount of counting or recounting was going to change anything. The fact the statewide hand recount pretty much agreed with the two machine counts shows the ballots were already in the system.
