well the cops are only allowed to fire a limited amount of times so they were at a disadvantage!
(according to the other case recently where they fired to much (almost 100 times at a guy firing at them))
the families of murdered cops need to start suing the city and state for not allowing them to defend themselves and allowing these thugs back onto the street contantly.
