How do we define a city going under? Bankruptcy? If there is a definite way to define it we can all take bets on which city is next. I’m waiting for The NY Times and DC Post to do the same but they just go online.

I use to take a bus to St. Louis when I was a kid in the 60s. I had skipped school and spent the day looking around. It was pretty good then.. I also worked at the courthouse in the 70s which is now a museum. I remember the projects were a problem and all of German town had turned black. The beautiful homes around Forest Park are vacant or ruined. I road horses in Forest Park from rental stables when I was 10. Democrats are evil.
