It’s only going to hold about 100 more people than the Tombs.

I’m guessing they may be reclassifying it to remove the more dangerous people across New York’s prison system.

Thanks for that, I didn’t realize that a city prison existed in New York.

The prison there now is something like the third prison built at that location. The actual structure has changed several times.
