biden, or whoever is in charge of this clown show of an administration should have stepped in on day one telling hamass that they had 24 hours to release the hostages...not one minute more. Instead we get...nothing. biden doesn’t care about the hostages, especially the Americans than any more than hamass does.
If in fact the hostages have been murdered, the IDF should withdraw all ground forces and carpet bomb Rafah...Period.
There was never any effort to take prisoners or hostages, they were taken as plunder to be used as disposable sex slaves ; men, women and children.
They were given out like prizes to the Palestinians, with no effort to keep track of them.

Harris to meet with American hostages’ families on Tuesday
Vice President Kamala Harris will meet with the families of American hostages being held by Hamas on Tuesday afternoon, according to the White House.
Harris will “express her continued support for these families and the hostages and will provide an update on our administration’s efforts to broker a deal to secure the release of all hostages and an immediate cease-fire,” a White House official said.
National security adviser Jake Sullivan met with the families on Monday.
The families told Sullivan they were appreciative of the Biden administration’s support, but also disappointed that a deal still hadn’t been reached to bring home the remaining hostages, which include eight American-Israeli citizens, the Hostages Families Forum Headquarters said.
The families said they told Sullivan they’re worried their loved ones will be the next to die if the negotiators don’t reach a deal soon.

Israel had nothing to lose, since it was obvious that they would be condemned by most of the world no matter what they did. Might as well eliminate the problem once and for all.

If I were POTUS I would have ordered the people of GAZA to return all hostages and every man that crossed the border on October 7 in chains, turned over by October 8, or Gaza would cease to exist on October 9. I would then have every strategic bomber loaded up and bomb GAZA like it was God raining down fire on Sodom and Gomorrah.
Since one of the reasons Hamas took hostages was to exchange them for Hamas prisoners, perhaps Israel should stop taking prisoners?
The majority of hostages were probably tortured and murdered months to the cheering of the Hamas-supporting crowds. Hamas just used them as human shields to blunt the attacks because if Netanyahu had credible evidence that they were all dead, he would have unleashed the IDF.
