Its either him or a Democrat. He’s going to be frustrating but better than a Democrat. This is one state where that is a good argument to get behind him. Unlike Utah voting for Romney or South Carolina voting for Graham. There, you could get something better. In Maryland, Hogan is as good as it gets.
