Amazing how damn stupid Newsweak is— their own lawyers could have told them that- as could anyone who has ever posted say a performance bond through a surety firm (as in the case of many if not most public construction projects, buildings etc). Trump Org has no doubt had to have the resources to post bonds of that sort and be “good for the money” on completion of a development. In the US and in foreign sites where they have properties (very impressive one in India, surprised to learn).

Thanks for the post- not a lawyer but have had to have a lot of them around just to “feel” protected fwiw- which is little in this lawfare created jobs program world.
