I was thinking of living like little house on prairie, but then again, they used coal, and burned wood.
If these folks want to go totally green, then live in mud huts and eat raw food and no heat for VT winters.

Yep. These are the very same people who railed against dirty, polluting wood stoves. Unheated mud huts, twigs, bark, grubs, and beetles should be good enough for them
