Best guess minimum would be 6 years or 2030 until harbor is open for business and the bridge for traffic. The channel will be cleared in less than two weeks in order to reopen the port, and the bridge sections will be replaced in less than a year.

I guess Uncle Joe will have to get his Chinese friends to crank up the output of their structural steel mills. Get the steel loaded on Chinese ships and delivered to Baltimore in jig time.

8 to 12 years to replace the bridge, was mentioned on Larry O’Connor’s radio show this morning.
Cited were: Environmental studies, labor and H&R issues, pending lawsuits, etc.
G W Bush got the I-35 bridge replaced in a year, 10 months ahead of schedule, and under budget, by waiving all of the above.
I’m betting it won’t be a similar situation with the commies in charge.
