In March 2024, the Supreme Court allowed Texas to enforce a controversial law that would allow state law enforcement officials to arrest individuals suspected of entering the United States illegally. <

Since they are the court of last resort, Texas & Abbott should ignore this 5th District Appeals Court ruling, and let them try to enforce their ruling.

Time to fight just like the leftist fight.

The Supreme Court’s ruling was temporary “until the Appeals court made their ruling”.

I hope this goes to the SCOTUS for a final decision (who knows how they’ll rule).
