DC juries are a problem too. I believe that DC is not US territory.
the whole dc court system needs to be broken up it is obvious that there cannot be fair trials in the district because of the political nature of every one that works there... people need to be tried in the states they come from, and the city needs to be broken up with the residences picking one of the three states that the dc district originally came from being the state that douse judicial remedies.
