Those of us who lived during the Cold War, and remember the Cuban Missile Crisis where everyone was trying to build a Fallout Shelter in their back yards, understand that The Soviet Union hasn't existed for thirty two years.
You need to grow up and stop trying to perpetuate a Cold War we already won long ago. As Pogo said, “We Have Met the Enemy and He Is Us.” It is certainly not the Russians no matter what kind of voodoo hex spell you try to concoct.
