How to get rich in all of this; buy a really big incinerator, convince the politicians that you can burn all of the recycled material that is not downcycled, and make enough electricity to fuel all of the EV’s that the politicians expect to see on the roads. Viola!

Won’t work in Minnesota can’t burn trash for electricity under their new green plan.
You can still burn it. Just not for electricity.
