What possible reason is there for concealing that?
My first thought - cancer of the pancreas, which has a very high fatality rate.
Cancer of the rectum - perhaps a little gross and comes with a visual image most people would rather avoid.
Same story for Prince (Whoops) King Charles. Cancer of...we can't tell you!
Not revealing the affected body part seems ridiculously old fashioned.
It’s her business and she and her family are dealing with it. Whatever health issue she has, I hope she comes through it.
