I read earlier this evening that Letitia James will first seize Trump’s jet which will prevent him from traveling to campaign rallies and elsewhere.
She should do that so Trump will force the SCOTUS to intervene.
I work in the executive transport industry. Private jets are as plentiful and available as mosquitoes.
IF Trump’s jet wasn’t part of the lawsuit-—I do NOT think she can attach it.
I would imagine the 757 is kept hangared and well secured. Does she intend to be the one to break into the hangar and seize it? We’ve never had a “shoot out” at an airport hangar but perhaps she’ll be the first to engineer one..
Can she seize it while it sits in another state?
She might have trouble with that. I assume that there are more than a few Secret Service devices on board that the agents might not want her to have. With any luck, they will shoot her on sight.
