I would never vote for a muslim for anything. Especially dog catcher. I don’t consider myself a racist, but looking at the crime figures, it pays to be a realist. And I’m certainly not ashamed to say that I wouldn’t want any of the dark races living by me. I’m not really sure what being a racist means these days unless it is simply being a realist. The people of Scotland get no sympathy from me.

I have never voted for a Muslim, even for President of the United States. My father had a doctor who was from Pakistan so presumably raised as a Muslim (I don't know if he still was)--very good man who unfortunately predeceased my father.

I spent more than a week in Scotland in 1980...beautiful country, went as far north as the Orkney Islands. Don't know if any of the people I saw were Muslims but kind of doubt it.
